  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message at least 30 minutes prior to your delivery. A $99 fee will be applied if you are not home at the time of delivery.
  • If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us immediately. Orders rescheduled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a $49 rescheduling fee.
  • Associates may assist during delivery, but we reserve the right to refuse assistance if it may result in injuries or property damage.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss to customer merchandise and/or vehicles during loading or transportation.

  • While associates may assist in loading customer merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse assistance if it poses a risk of injury or property damage.
  • We're not liable for any damage or loss to customer merchandise or vehicles during the loading or transportation process.
